Yes, from the point of view of Infinity or Source, everything is a bonus, but then there are layers of meaning and purpose which are more and more specific and complex, up until the layer of humans. We create our own purpose and meaning, but it’s sometimes nice(r) to look at things from a tiny bit higher perspective as it helps in doing less with more.

I compare humans in our present society as someone thrown into the water without learning how to swim, making desperate splashes all around hoping not to drown (excess movement for very little result, the same as subscribing to societal pressures to “perform” or do something meaningful). Learning how to swim, you do much less movement and you achieve much more (the same as following your passion, what you love to do, and starting with the premise that you are valuable and loved no matter what), and ultimately, the end goal, is to stop swimming altogether, to let yourself float above water and see where the current takes you (what it feels like to be God, Source, Infinity). But we are a looooooooong way from that still! :-)
