Great testimony and article. It’s not easy to address what some would say is borderline “esoteric” or spiritual with a scientific spirit.
I have made my own attempts following an “accident” I had about a year ago, which got me to the psychiatric emergency service in a hospital. Consciousness is something very mysterious, and our reality even more so.
